Administrative Assistant: Marketing and Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Robocut studio’s team is looking for a marketing and communications specialist who will propel the company to its ambitious business growth goal. Under the supervision of the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a marketing and communications plan. You will also be in charge of the evaluation and creation of the marketing and promotional materials.

 

MAIN TASKS

 

MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop a marketing plan and budget to target projects and customers and increase Robocut Studio’s influence;
  • Analyze the market and identify business opportunities and partnerships locally and internationally;
  • Develop strategic partnerships in different sectors (business, cultural, events, etc.) to attract new clients;
  • Work with the team to optimize the customer experience and Robocut Studio’s image;
  • Create surveys for the differents clients and be able to analyse the results;
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, short-term and long-term revenue, and ensure their implementation;
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and share recommendations to the Managing Director;
  • Participate in the products development and their marketing.

 

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Deploy social media strategies and manage electronic communications tools (website, blog, social networks, etc.);
  • Website optimization and maintenance,, management of marketing tools and measurement of results: website, social networks, web referencing, newsletter, customer relations, advertising;
  • Documentation of ongoing projects (making-of, case studies);
  • Preparation of presentation and promotional documents;
  • Writing of various texts (in English and French);
  • Seeking networking opportunities.

 

RELATED TASKS

  • Project management assistance: answer to telephone calls and manage incoming emails, and provide the information to the project managers;
  • Visitors reception;
  • Help with deliveries;
  • Help with project archiving;
  • Participate in team meetings if required;
  • Propose studio management solutions;
  • Participate in the organization and logistical coordination of team activities;
  • Any other task to support the team.

 

QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Relevant experience in marketing and communications;
  • Experience in design;
  • Business knowledge: ability to develop new partnerships, and development strategies;
  • Strong ability in marketing content;
  • Bilingualism in oral and written form;
  • Knowledge of social media networks public, web trends (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and communication tools (MailChimp, WordPress, CSS, HTML, etc.)
  • Good experience in graphic design (Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.);
  •

  • Teamwork ability;
  • Availability for additional work and ability to adapt tasks according to the projects’ deadlines;

Permanent position full time (35h / week).
