Video Booth – Tell Me About Your Sea!
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
As part of the Centennial of the Naval Reserve of Canada, Robocut Studio collaborated with Simbioz to create “Parle-moi de ta Mer” (Tell Me About Your Sea), an immersive museological project for the Musée naval de Québec (Naval Museum of Quebec). We designed, manufactured a video booth recreating a military ship’s bridge, allowing visitors to record their maritime stories. The interactive interface, developed by Simbioz, ensures the capture and dissemination of memories in the form of photos and videos. Our challenge: an immersive environment and intuitive use for all. Delivered in the spring of 2023, this project has collected testimonials and conveyed naval history in an interactive and engaging way.
